CEPro„˘ RCD software acquired by PAS Ltd
In a dramatic move today PAS Ltd (Process Alignment Services Ltd) announced it has acquired full Intellectual Property Rights to CEPro„˘, the European
Recreational Craft Directive software.
Due to management and financial problems within CEProof Ltd (Hamble), PAS Ltd ha.come to the rescue of the software and will be improving and marketing CEPro„˘ through a ne.company CEProof International Ltd (CEI Ltd) which has been established to become a centre of excellence for European RC.compliance.
David Koller owner of PAS Ltd explained, The value of the CEPro„˘ software is significant fo.compliance and post construction assessment for the European Recreational Craft Directive. We need to badge the software within a Centre of Excellence and create a forum for sharing of knowledge and experience within the professional boating world. He added, It is disappointing that CEProof Ltd (Hamble) had failed to capitalise on such an excellent product and with their continued instability, we feel that it is time to establish such a centre of excellence on a more secure business footing with CEProof International Ltd.
Finishing, David added, The previous officers of CEProof Ltd (Hamble) are not involved in the new venture. Naturally, both PAS and CEI wish them every success and hope their current financial difficulties are resolved.
