Google Adwords, Google Adsense And Blogging And Pinging.

Firstly, I think most of you know what Google Adwords are,if you don't, they are the small ads to the right of the search results page when you access a search on Google. Everytime someone clicks on one of those little ads, Google
gets money, nice eh!!

Now

to help the advertisers of those small ads, Google started Google Adsense, which is a way of displaying those ads to more eyes.

By webmasters adding a code to their pages, they can display those little ads on their sites so everytime someone clicks on one of the ads, Google and the Webmaster of that site share in the money Google gets for those same ads.

Webmasters, that's you and me and anyone who has a content type website that they have control over. Google doesn't tell you how much your share is, they're so big they don't have to. But suffice to say, you get a share and it works.

There are a few dos and don'ts but in the main it is easy to implement once you are accepted by Google.
What I have done is add article pages to my website and created blogs for those pages.

Now the article pages relate to a particular niche. You don't have to go through the niche databases, you can if you wish, that's up to you. The tools I use are all on this page

Firstly go to the Keyword Selector Tool, type in a keyword, say landscaping
This brought up 220,544 searches in a month.

Now have a look at the tool PPC Bid Browser and type in landscaping
This brought up the highest bid a being $5.00.

Okay, so now do a search on Google for free articles landscaping. This should bring up some sites for you to check out. I selected this one
progardenbiz.com/resources/Free-Content-Lawn-Garden.html

Download EZ Text Formatter from here

Select the articles you wish to use and put them one at a time into your EZ Text Formatter then paste from the clipboard into Word. Number them if you wish, separate by lines etc. Collect about 40 plus articles to start. Don't read them now, wait until you wish to use them, then decide if they are suitable. This also gives you an idea for extra keywords.

A side note for EZ Text Formatter, you will see in the bottom right hand corner, there is a word count. It is a good idea to put this at the bottom of the article along with the maximum length of each line.

Now you have your articles, set up your pages on your site (if you don't have your own website, you can get a no cost one at FreeWebs members.freewebs.com/ )

Add you article to your site, then go set up your Google Adsense account here http://google.com/adsense/ You may have to wait up to 48 hours for Google to accept your site. So in the meantime set up your Blog. Blogger.com

Well almost set. When your adsense account has been approved, add the adsense code to your web page where your article is. Take a good look around Google Adsense, visit the Ad Layout page, you are allowed to put the adsense code three times on each page. Add it to your Blog too. You can do this to start by adding it to the template you are using.

Nex.comes the ping part. The Super Blogger Report will help with this. You are going to announce your blog to the world. So you go to Ping-o-matic and with the URL from your site feed on your Blog, that's the one ending in "xml", you submit this to Ping-o-matic. I usually do this three times, leaving at least an hour in between. I know others recommend every 15 minutes. You'll find what works best for you.

Google needs to know about both your website and your blog everytime you change the content, so every time you add a new article, let Google know, go here google.com/addurl and add your URLs and in th.comments put your keywords.

And the keywords you will have in your Good Keyword Tool, I find it easier to get these when I read the article before adding it to my web page. Check out the Video on how to best use this tool. I keep the keywords filed with each article.

When you get one page set up, web page and blog, start another, each one will bring in revenue for you.

Once I started using this system, my Adsense revenue tripled. I am still working on it and will update as I find more ways to increase that revenue.

There are programs out there that will get you content pages, thousands of them and submit to the search engines but, (there's always a but, isn't there) Google has human eyes and is sussing these sites out, and some are being penalized. They are starting to do the same with the auto link generators, but that's another story.
