The sharks are out there lurking everywhere looking for an easy target. Just like the great white shark who prey on the weak and the young the loan "sharks" are preying on the uninformed and lazy.To keep yourself rom being the next victim here are several
things to look out for when you go for a loan.
1)The lender or investor tells you that they are your only chance of buying a home or getting a loan.
2)The house you are looking at costs more than all the other houses in the neighborhood and is in no way better then any of the rest.
3)You are asked to sign documents that have blanks or contain untrue information.
4)You are told that the FHA protects you against house defects and loan fraud. It does neither.
5) The costs or loan terms are not what you agreed to.
6)You are told that refinancing can solve your credit or money problems
7)You are told you can only get a good deal if you finance through a particular lender.
So if you want to avoid being eaten by the sharks be sure to stay in safe water.
