Do you know what your greatest asset is?
YOU!
That's right! YOU are your greatest asset!
One of the things that savvy networkers do is market themselves.
Why?
Because business relationships are built by people, not by statistics.
You build
a team with
One on One relationships. Otherwise, it's not really a team. Without teamwork, you will likely work very hard, possibly even score a few touchdowns, yet still end up losing the game.
Have you received emails from people where all they do is bombard you with their latest
Opportunity? Of course, we all have. Why would we pay attention to a perfect stranger, or not so perfect, and trust anything they have to say, no matter how nice the statistics look?
I'd much rather someone take the time to get to know me, and then talk to me about business. That's not to say that I don't want to talk business, but there should be room for some friendly chat also. Those who consider chatting to be a waste of time, will likely experience a crash and burn of their online business eventually.
You are your greatest asset! As Ronnie, one of my mentors, says - You need to cover yourself in honey. Ronnie should know, because he's a really awesome guy and he is quite successful - already a National Director in a majo.company in just four months!
Covering yourself with honey, rather than covering
Your business with honey - that's a cool concept.
Of course, one can't be fake - people will see straight through that. But, most of us are likeable folk, and we just need to be ourselves, be good listeners, pay attention to opportunities, and develop beneficial relationships that can pay off on an emotional level as well as a business level.
It's easy to remain friends when you're helping each other prosper!
It's easy to remain friends when you're building a business together.
It's easy to remain friends when you're available for a friend.
Think of ways to encourage one another to outbursts of love and good deeds. Hebrews 10.24 (Bible)
Here's to your prosperity!
