While you have to pay some attention to the things that have gone wrong, dont forget to focus on what is going right for you. This can also help you to keep your confidence and your optimism when things go wrong.
Always look for something in each day that you can say you have achieved and feel good about, even if it is calling one person who is happy to hear from you.
